Shipping & Delivery

Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order reaches you. We ship worldwide with tracking so you can follow your package from our door to yours.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During new drops, sales or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you updated if so.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch vary by destination:

• Domestic: typically 3–7 business days
• International: typically 7–15 business days, depending on your country and local customs

These are estimates, not guarantees; couriers and customs can occasionally cause delays outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Any available free-shipping thresholds or promotions will be shown in your cart before you pay.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress. If you haven't received tracking within a few days of ordering, check your spam folder or reach us via the contact page.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the item or shipping price.

Wrong Address or Missed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.
